News and EventsMental Health Awareness at Work from MindWe are pleased to introduce a new Mental Health Awareness at Work e-learning module on Develop. This is an introductory course suitable for all staff. It is recommended to be used as either a refresher for existing staff or as part of an induction programme for new staff and focuses on better mental health in the workplace. The University has a network of Acceptable Behaviour Supporters who are volunteers trained to provide an informal advisory service to staff experiencing unacceptable behaviour, bullying or harassment at work. They can also support staff who are facing allegations about their own behaviour.
