Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing
Mental Health Awareness at Work from Mind
We are pleased to introduce a new Mental Health Awareness at Work e-learning module on Develop. This is an introductory course suitable for all staff. It is recommended to be used as either a refresher for existing staff or as part of an induction programme for new staff and focuses on better mental health in the workplace.
Mental Health Awareness at Work is a 50-minute interactive course.

Your Wellbeing
'None of us is immune to mental health difficulties. We’re committed to helping everyone in our community to cope with any pressures they may face, and to break down the stigma around mental health. There is never a wrong time to simply ask someone how they're feeling and take the time to listen. I believe that by working together we can build an environment where our staff and students can thrive, and where all aspects of wellbeing are reflected in every facet of life at Bristol.'
