The University's Combined Staff & Student Transport Plan aims to promote the use of alternative means of transport to the private car including; improvements in the facilities for cyclists, walkers, motorcyclists and users of public transport and to use its existing car parking provision more wisely. The University also conducts a staff travel survey every two years to review the way the plan operates and to seek to improve and refine the details. See how staff have changed how they travel to work since the plan was implemented.
A Covid-19 Travel Plan (PDF, 219kB) has been developed to assist the University's recovery strategy.
