We understand that you may feel unhappy in your room but want to assure you that there is support and help available. Speak to the Residential Life team if you are finding it hard to settle in or havng difficulties where you are living.
Request a transfer
Room transfer applications for 2022/23
The first room transfer applications will open from Friday 21 October 2022 at 12 noon to Monday 24 October 2022 at 9 am (with the first moves taking place on Friday 28 October 2022 to Monday 31 October 2022). The room transfer applications will continue to open each week from 12 noon on Friday to 9 am on Monday.
The final round of transfer applications for TB1 will be Friday 25 November 2022 to Monday 28 November 2022 (with final moves taking place Friday 2 December 2022 to Monday 5 December 2022).
You must be up to date with your rent payments to be eligible to transfer rooms.
How to apply for a room transfer
To apply, you will need to:
- Login to the Accommodation Portal.
- Select Apply for a room transfer from the menu bar.
- You must complete a short application to request a transfer.
